Is this at your house or are you renting out a place?

I have a 2 car garage that's always full regardless whether or not I have 1 or 2 trucks in it. I wouldn't know what to do with a thousand sq. foot garage. I'd misplace everything

3500sf actually. Looking at one this week that is 5000sf that is close to our new house. The shop I have now is now an hour away and makes it a pain in the ass to get anything done. Probably going to end up doing something along the lines of renting lift time out if I get this new one. My wife is afraid that if I get it, I will have an excuse to buy more toys to fill it up I keep teasing her that I am going to buy a fire truck.
